We’re excited to be launching a new survey to explore the take-up and effectiveness of the Service Standard in councils.
Created five years ago, the Standard has been helping teams within central government to create and run great public services – but what does the picture look like councils? Are we reaching a common standard?
We’ve partnered with the Local Government Association to conduct this research to explore
if, and how, the Standard is being used in local government.
If you’re an officer working in a council, please take a few moments to complete the survey before 28 June 2024, including if you weren’t previously aware of the Standard.
