Best Collaboration award for LocalGov Digital

LocalGov Digital has won Best Collaboration at the inaugural Comms2Point0 UnAwards.

The network shares the honour with Government Communications Services as the two were named joint winners of the category.

Comms2Point0 announced winners in their first awards during a ceremony at The Electric Cinema in Birmingham, on 11 December 2014, ahead of a showing of In The Loop.

Representing the network on the day, Communications Lead Sarah Lay said:

“It’s fantastic for the collaboration happening through the LocalGov Digital network to be recognised with a win in the Comms2Point0 UnAwards.

“As a grassroots movement formed from people passionate about doing digital better in local government, collaboration is the very essence of all the thinking, doing and sharing which happens through LocalGov Digital, whether it be at LocalGovCamp, on Pipeline or through informal connections made on or offline.”
